iCloud sign in popup

Has anyone found out how to make the iCloud sign in screen stop popping up? I repair phones and that's my most commonly asked question

Anyone know how to get the iCloud pop up to stop coming up when I view mail or write any emails?

Usually, to get rid of an iCloud sign in popup, all that has to be done is to enter the password.
