Icons won't stay put!

Nope, I have not been drinking! I am setting up my wife's new IP4 and have had no major problems. It loaded all my apps to her phone and then I deleted some she will not use. I then thought I could rearrange the icons that were left. Nope. It will let me move them allright but if I then hit the home key they all run right back where they were. What am I doing wrong or what have I done wrong?

hmm, thinking out loud here..... you are using the same account? Is her phone being synced wirelessly to iTunes and reverting back to your App icons settings?

Are you Jailbroken? If so, download Springtomise from cydia and lock them under icons settins

I finally got it to work but still am not sure why it did that for over an hour. I did hard reset and everything I could think of. I finally did them one at a time for a bit and then it seemed to work!

Guess I should clarify. By one at a time I mean that I moved an icon and then hit the Home button. Repeated that process a number of times.
