If anyone can help that please do! iphones stuck in recovery mode

recently my iphone 4s got into recovery mode. didnt seem like a big deal at first but now i can get out. dfu mode is useless and when i restore it on itunes i get error code 4013. it gets to some code on my phone then stops. please help i have tryed tinyumbrella and rec bot but nothings working it just goes back to the screen with the cord pointing to the itunes logo!!! Another thing is i herd it could be a part of the electronics and just a busted phone. could this be? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!



also tinyumbrella just doesnt even load fully on my mac :O(

It would also help to provide the iOS version of your device, the iTunes version on your Mac, state of the device (stock/jailbroken) and what was done prior to the device before it was sent to recovery mode so that we can diagnose the issue as thoroughly as possible
