I'm Liking iOS 5.1

The quick camera swipe to bring it into action must have politicians and actors everywhere looking over their shoulder...grins.

Use of Photo-Stream now is nice too. As well, it seems there is no additional battery drain with more of the apps configured for Location Services.

I can kinda take or leave the ATT 4G icon now showing. I get the feeling the inclusion of that part was ATT leaning on Apple to include even though it technically may be meaningless. I don't get anything approaching 4G speeds in the Houston area unless I am astride a major highway or maybe downtown.

The WiFi update was cool - flawless and fast but then again I have use of a W/F spot near me with D/L speeds at 20+ mbs . Otherwise I likely would have used the tethered update routine.

The only thing I've noticed other than the camera/swipe function on the lock screen is that the bookmarks now no longer open automatically when you open Safari which is nice, and Google disappeared from my bookmarks which seems a tad petty heh.
can't comment on battery life yet, but I never had any real issues to begin with.

What do you and the other posters mean the camera/swipe function on lock screen? I got my update last night right around 10:30 pm and I went to sleep but this morning the only thing I can see is the photo stream where we can now delete a photo.

They're refering to the Camera icon that's always on the lock screen now... instead of double clicking the home button to make it appear. In order to activate the Camera, though, you have to touch the icon and slide it upwards. Camera/Swipe...

I see it now and that's pretty nice.
