Yesterday I downloaded iOS18.2 Public Beta 1, which means that I can now get AI features on my iPhone 15 Pro here in the UK without changing any settings. Just registered for Image Playground, Genmoji and Image Wand so waiting now for acceptance. I wonder if I’ll have a long wait like @scifan57
Been playing with Image Cleanup which seems to work ok, you’ve just got to be a bit careful marking the objects to remove as it’s quite easy to muck it up, but when it works it works well.

I hope you don’t have to wait almost 2 weeks like I did. There’s no way to tell in advance how long the wait will be.
