Yet more alleged iPhone 8 component images have leaked today, with AppleInsider reporting that two pictures of what were initially claimed to be iPhone 8 wireless charging parts are too big to be actual internal components, and are therefore more likely to be part of the external charging pad.
The images first appeared on Chinese microblogging site Weibo. The components have no discernible markings to identify them as part of an Apple device, but they do have stickers that say that the part is an EVT (engineering validation test). One of the images shows that the component has a QR code on the bottom right, which also shows that the part is clearly too big to be an internal iPhone part.
The second image looks to be the opposite side of the same component. The port on the right of the component also indicates that it is wider than an iPhone 7s Plus, which is expected to be wider than the iPhone 8.
