Importing to contacts from call list

Is this possible?when i use the arrow,it just places my call.no options.if i edit ,it only lets me delete.

On iOS 5 if you hit the blue arrow, it brings up the call details. If you scroll to the bottom of that display, there should be a "Create New Contact" and "Add to Existing Contact" buttons.
