In Settings There is a NIKE + IPOD Section - How Do I Get Rid Of It?

First, the iPhone is jailbroken.

In Settings there is a Nike + iPod area with a bunch of things that can be changed/adjusted. I've never downloaded any Nike app so I was wondering if it is a IOS 7.04 addition or if not is there a way to remove it since it is not being used?

Anybody else have this setting? (with no Nike app)

I have this area in the settings on my stock iPhone.. I believe it's an inherent part of the iPod settings.

It's been a part of Settings.app since iOS 5 I believe.
