Install application on the 30..100 Iphones.

Hello everyone. I have a task to install a free software (messenger) on the all Iphones in company. So I'm wondering how to solve this quest. Firstly, I think about using Icloud for this purpose (this means to install application on the first Iphone, than make a reserve copy in Icloud, and after that connect all others Iphones to this Icloud's account and download software), but I think this is bad variant.

May be somebody have experiense in solving this "multi-install" tasks?

What ever you will do, you will have to take the iPhones in hands one by one and set them up. Even if you want to enable automatic download of apps, you will have to take every iPhones and setup the automatic download on each iPhone, if you happen to find a way to do it via a computer, you will at some point have to connect each iPhone to the computer to setup to.
Since there is no magic, i suggest you to go straight and take each phone and download and install the app you want on them one by one. Good luck to you.
