Internet not working on 4S for 5 hours

I had to turn off my phone. Then on. Then it worked. Has this ever happened to you ?

I've had the issue when I'm coming out of an area of "no service"... and had to reset to pick signal back up. I'm on a 4 though, not a 4S.

Oh. I was in a place that had high reception. Probably the carrier

Have you checked out apn settings, o2 availability, switched off and on again. Let me know is it still not working? Its better to reinstall the settings.
