It's not possible to unlock an iPhone by jailbreaking. You've already tried that without success.

Used to be able to use the Cydia app called Ultrasn0w to unlock an iPhone up to iPhone 4 but I think with iPhone 4s and up not able to anymore with that program so was just wondering if there was a newer program but I guess not
