Ios7 and iphone 5 charging

nice I upgraded the iphone 5 does not like any of my lightning cables. They worked fine before the upgrade. Also, when I do finally get it charging the battery percent jumps fro 92 to 98 then moments later it's 92 again.

Apple warned that they would make using non-licensed lightning cables useless or very close to useless.
