Looks like Apple & AT&T have not got rid of all their iPhone 3GS models. They have marked down the 8GB 3GS to $49 from $99 with, of course a contact. This is good news for those of you who still have not got in the iOS game or still have a 1st or 2nd gen device. Take note that the 3GS is a 3rd generation device and the 5th gen iPhone is expected June-July.
