When was your 3GS manufactured, what iOS version is it on and what Baseband is it on?

i don't no when my iphone was manufactured i have ios 5.1.1 baseband 6.15.00

Then your iPhone is already JB and on the iPad Baseband 6.15.00. You need to go into Cydia and install ultrasn0w for your Unlock.
