Iphone 4, changing Alphabetical keypad to a Numerical one with Predictive text.

Unfortunately it is not possible.

One of the most advanced phones on the market and it can't do one of the simplest things! Annoying!

Oh well, looks like I'll have to get used to using the keypad. I'm a fast typer but my fingers are a little big and I always press the wrong key.

Do what I do then. Turn the phone sidways. Makes the keyboard bigger.

I'll try to find an application that has a numeric keypad for texting. But I did read online that once you learn the keypad you will be faster.

At present you can not replace the native keyboard. Any app you find in the store will be standalone and require you to cut and paste between that app and the messaging app.
