Iphone 4 genral reset

Hello, my iphone 4 is jailbroken on 4.3.3 i was getting frustrated with it the other day trying to find facetime so i done the reset option in the general settings , it seems like my iphone is running slower now the internet especially , is this something that could happen and if so is there a way i can fix it ?

I don't think your supposed to push that as there's a specific tweak called ResetKillers or something that disables those buttons in settings.

I would restore and re jailbreak
