I have an Iphone 4 which is about a year and half old. It was working flawlessly up untll a month ago. Even though I had about 85% battery charge, the phone went dead. When I tried to do a soft boot to bring it back up, I got the Itunes icon. I ended up having to restore to factory defaults.
Since that time, the phone goes "dead" at least once a week. Sometimes the soft boot works, other times I have to restore to factory defaults.
Prior to a month ago, it worked flawlessly. Now I don't feel I can trust it.
The first time it required that I restore to factory default, it forced me to upgrade to version 6.0. It had been at 5.x prior to this.
Anyone else have this experience and if so, what did you do to correct it?
I don't want to buy another phone only after a year and a half.
Help!
