iphone 4 multiple contacts problem...

I have just got an iphone 4 and have synced it with my Google and Yahoo contacts but now have multiple names of the same people, is there anyway or an app that will let me link them together on the phone itself not by syncing, or altering things via yahoo or google, thanks..
