iPhone 4 RedSn0w Stuck at Waiting For Reboot Phase

Every time I get to this point it just stays at the Waiting for Reboot Phase and even if I manually turn my phone on it acts as if nothing happened. What could this be? I have been having this problem for awhile now. Can anyone walk me through step by step?

Jailbreak or boot tethered?

Have you tried pre-selecting the iPSW of the firmware you are on?

Have you updated redsn0w to 0.9.11b4?

Make sure you completely shut down device, THEN enter DFU mode...THEN open redsn0w, select the iPSW, then click "Just boot".

FYI there's an updated Redsn0w available or download, I'll download it and try it from there

Perhaps you should try rejailbreaking with the latest redsn0w making sure to *uncheck* "Install Cydia".
