Iphone 4 Semi Tethered problem

Sorry to say "problem" in the thread title I know its rather ambiguous but i simply couldn't think of a shorter way to define my issue but more on that later.
Here is the Phone model and IOS etc.

IPhone 4
IOS 5.1
Semi tethered jailbreak

Ok, now the problem is this, at random times (typicly when im out somewhere of course) my IPhone will turn off. and refuse to turn on. Kind of a Black screen of death I suppose, it turns back on after i tether boot it. Multiple times usually. Any help?

uhmm...any ideas? i know this fourm is chock full of geniuses so im sure some one has some sort of idea. reinstall the semi tether perhaps?

I would think it should be something other than the Semi-Tether package. However, did this problem not arise until you installed the Semi-Tether?

I got semi tether a few moments after jailbreaking it. so if there were an issue beforehand I wouldn't be any the wiser unless it was there instantly. but this happens about once every few weeks. tho its getting more frequent and has happened twice today. Thank you very much for the reply
