iPhone 4 speakers?

So on the iPhone there are two spots for the speaker I think. When I'm playing music or something, only the speaker hole on the right hand side produces noise. Are there two speakers or is one on the left fir cosmetic purposes? Any ideas?

One is your speaker the other is the microphone.
