Last week I downloaded the latest Itunes update then connected my phone to download and install the latest update for my phone. As Itunes wwas backing up my phone I got a pop-up saying "Itunes had quit working" or something similar, and then shut down without doing the update. I haven't been able to get with Apple Care. They gave me a case number but I wasn't able to take their call to discuss it as I was on the road. I called them back but sat on hold a long time before giving up. Anyone have a clue what I need to do?
