No it is not fire wall because mine is not on and nor is it Internet connection...I'm just wait until iOS 5 comes out and try again

If your having the problem now, you'll have it when you try to download iOS5. I would try to fix the problem now.

Yeah they fixed the problem but I will try again tomorrow if not I will try to get access to a different computer if it still happens

Get you iTunes uptodate. Switch off any antivirus software on the computer.

Yeah, the beta version is not stable and maybe some bugs in it.
