Iphone 4S doesn't charge to 100%

Hi everyone hope you can help me out..
i have a iphone 4s and it hasn't made one year yet, i let the battery die everytime and in the last 2 weeks when i charge it it always stops at 64% ou 80 something, yesterday it just went to 32%, it's been restored, reset, and sync on the pc and nothing seems to work, any ideas? please help me

you said its been reset,was that a hard reset?
