iPhone 4s restore error (1) and (3194) what must I do?

After you've put the phone itmohe DFU mode, try connecting it to iTunes. You should get a prompt saying that iTunes had detected a device that needs restoring/updating (I forget the actual words).

After you accept that prompt, you should get an iTunes screen that has a "Restore" button. Press the button and iTunes should then install the proper iOS.

I downloaded the file via internet and via iTunes always the same error I olso tried on the pc by my uncle and again same error 3194

Did you get the error 1 when using your uncle's computer? If so, it's time to take the iPhone in for a diagnostic to have it checked for a possible hardware failure.

BTW, with DFU restore you do not manually get or download the ISO 8.1.3 update file from anywhere. The DFU restore process automatically gets the proper update file from the Apple servers as part of the restore process.

I think I did get the error 1 on his computer and i'll see what do whit it thank you verry much.
