... and a question: We all realize now our iPhone 6, especially the Plus, is haunted. The trending price for the device on eBay is $512 right now. So why do we still hold onto these bombs?

I notice that if I let the phone cool off for a few minutes I can pick it up and the touch functions work as they should for a few minutes until it warms up again and stop working altogether.

Rinse and repeat every time the touch becomes unresponsive.

Rinse and repeat every time the touch becomes unresponsive.
This may work for a while but the symptoms will continue to get worse over time until the touchscreen is completely unresponsive, with no way to get it working without a board level repair.
