iphone 6s calendar choice

can someone recommend a good calendar app to use on the apple iphone 6s?

The native Apple calendar already installed on the iPhone is excellent.

Fantastical has a better
Monthly view if that's what you want. It may just be an overlay on top of the native calendar.

It depends on your needs. Fantastical is more feature-rich, but of course with features comes a certain amount of complexity. I use it for business reminders and appointments and like it a lot. Lots of options when it comes to recurring events. The latest version is actually called Fantastical 2 and it isn't free. I think I paid 10 USD for it, but that's been some years ago.
