My iPod will not turn on fully. When I connect it to the computer the apple emblem will appear. Then after waiting for the iPod to load. It cutts off and then it cutts back on. This process will repeat while plugged in. When I unplug it and hold down the power button, nothing happens. What should I do, I restored already, but it still won't work... Help
