iphone jailbroken but getting errors when copying ipa files in itunes

Hi,

I jailbroke my iphone but when syncing apps i get on itunes "application was not installed because its not signed" i thought thats the whole idea of jailbraking the phone is so you can copy "un-signed" apps to the iphone.

Any help would be much appreciated.
