iPhone & New Computer

I bought a new computer last week and I want to put more songs on my iPhone. On my laptop that my iPhone is "synced" up to, I just used to drag and drop (manually manage music and videos). So I plugged my iPhone into my new computer and ticked Manually manage music and videos but it is asking me erase everything and sync. Is there a way round this so I dont lose everything and I can just put songs on from my new computer?

Click on the Stores tab on the top, and select Authorize this PC. Sign in with the Apple ID credentials that's used with your phone.
