iPhone SE constantly beeping

iPhone SE started constantly beeping after SOS was accidentally started. Cancelled out of SOS, but now it won't stop beeping. So far, I have disabled SOS in settings, turned off all app notifications, restarted multiple times, turned airplane mode on and off again, updated system software to current, and reset all settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's driving me crazy.

Yes, I have. It beeps multiple times, then after 1 or 2 seconds, it beeps again. It sounds kind of like Morse Code.

It finally stopped beeping after about 12 hours. Guess we will never know what caused it.
