Iphone se email setup

I want to make a new email address on an iphone se running ios 11.4.1
But I don’t know how to do this, as I am not very good with technology!
Could someone help me out?

If you want to set up a new email address in Gmail, Outlook, ...:
Open a browser on your device (Safari, if you prefer it). Go to the login site and select “Create free account”, or something along that line. Then follow the instructions.

If you’d like to create a new Apple ID, use one of these instructions to do so:
Create an Apple ID
