Iphone3g Error 21

Just bought a (not a jail broken) I 3g and its suddenly decided to shut down and I'm unable to re boot. The battery was charged and when I plug unto iTunes it says problem 21 butbdoes notlet me donanything.

Anyone able to help

you still have the warranty? ask apple why is it like that. they can also replce the phone.
