Iphone4 and safari.

I have just got a new laptop upgrading from windows vista to windows 7 home prem, I used iTunes and safari was my browser of choice, I installed iTunes and safari on new machine and authorised it and it downloaded my apps ok, how do I get the music that's on my phone on into my library and more importantly get my safari bookmarks from my phones browser to computers browser, any help would be greatly appreciated, dougie.
