Iphone4 music help

Hello on my previous iphone4, when playing music there was a bar up the top of the screen with how long was left on the song and you could drag the little dot across to the time you wanted!

Now on my new one (lost previous one) it doesnt seem to have it and cant find how to turn it on? help anyone?
