Is it possible to save my music directly from my IPHONE 4 not using itunes ?

Its a long story. Ill condense it and leave out the BS.

I have a laptop which was my ex wifes, I own it now. She had her own Itunes account on it. I have since deleted all her music and uninstalled/re-installed it so its basically an empty itunes. My ex-wife now owns my desktop that had my Itunes with my acct music etc... for all I know shes maybe doesnt even own it anymore. I would like to upload all my phones data Music etc.. onto the new Itune on my laptop. Will I lose any of my data music etc...

When you connect your iPhone to the new iTunes... it will prompt and ask if you want to transfer data from your phone to iTunes.

It's very good let's you transfer files,music photos from your iPhone to pc

It seams that I need to purchase diskaid and load it on my laptop, and download Filapp as well to my iphone. correct ? diskaid will download my files to filapp and then filapp to my itunes is this how it works ? which it were clearer

has anyone else used this software ?

Diskaid worked great... got all my stuff back on itunes..
