i have an iphone 4s 32GB with the iOS 6.0.1

is it possible to jailbreak? what version should i downgrade it in order to be able to jailbreak?

There is no jail break for the iPhone 4S on iOS 6.x. In addition, there is no way to downgrade a 4S to any jail breakable iOS. Sorry.
