No, Jailbreakme doesn't support iOS 5+ I don't know about green poison, but it also certainly doesn't jailbreak iOS 5+.

Jailbreakme only supports through 4.3.3 and Greenpois0n only supports through 4.2.1. Redsn0w is the only way to jailbreak 5.0.1 untethered and you only need to download Redsn0w, nothing else.

redsn0w does not work like that any more where you used to have to download bootloaders.. it works the same as greenpois0n pretty much
