I was just wondering if anyone can recommend a nice simple PC program that is similar in a simple interface and style to Camera+ ?

If you own a Mac computer then it will be possible if you use iCloud. I'm not sure about the windows computer and if iTunes for windows can do that. iPhoto is only on Mac till date I think.
