that is supposed to be for the iphone 4 and NOT the iphone 4S..

If I relied on unlock I am not sure I would trust it as there are no comments or anything to suggest if it works.. but the guy is not selling the patch so what would he have to gain from lying?

Fake, there is no way to unlock the 04.11.08 baseband, period. If there was, the trusted devs would report on it. The download he provides goes through adf.ly a PPC network where he gets paid every time someone downloads the files. I would stay far away from this.
