ituens apps wont sync keeps asking me to authorize PC

Hello,

i am in deep trouble and weird problem

I had to reinstall windows 10 pc since hard disk broke

now itunes wont let me upgrade or even install new download apps

it keeps telling me to authorize PC

I did it many times, I also removed authorization and added authorization+

reinstalled itune

nothing works

I have no idea what to do
