Itunes will no longer back up my Iphone

Jail broke my IPhone yesterday and all is well except I went to back it up using ITunes to my computer and it won't do it. Any ideas why?

Just dawned on me that in order to Jailbreak it I had to turn off WiFi. Just tried that now and it is backing up. They must have changed something as I have never had to do this in the past jailbreaks.
