i have jailbreak iphone 3gs ios5.1.1 (6.15.00) it was working fn suddenly one day it start showing ' no service' there is no sim problem and it has not happen after update .... please help...

Which bootrom is the 3GS and what was done prior to the problem occurring

The serial or model number of the device. Either the 3rd 4th and 5th digit of your serial, or whether your device is an MB or MC model

I'd also try reinstalling UltraSn0w
