I changed my service provider today and when I changed my phone updated to iOS 6.1.4

anyway to get back to older one in order to jailbreak my phone again...thanks

If you're on iOS 6.1.4 then you must have an iPhone 5. There's no way to downgrade the iOS. If you want to jailbreak, you have no choice but to wait for an iOS 7 jailbreak at some time after the public release of iOS 7 this fall.
