Not that I'm aware of. I just downloaded 7.0.4 for 4 devices to add to my harddisk for archive purposes. No issues on any.

finally i was able to download the firmware. ios 7 on iphone 4 is ok. a little slower than 4.3.3 but it's 100 percent usable. no regrets at all. thanks man! btw, is there a jailbreak available for ios 7.0.4 on ipad 4 now? my current os is 6.0 jailbroken. i want to update it to give it a fresh look.tnx

You need to have blobs for OS 6.0. If you don't have blobs then the only iOS version you can restore to is iOS 7.0.4.
