Jailbroken iPhone 5 - Delete An App And Springboard Crashes

When ever I delete an iPhone app,Springboard crashes. First into Safe mode then it re-springs.

I have These tweaks in Settings:
Auxo, ActiveDock, Airplane Toggle, Clockhide, CyDelete, No Update, Unfold and Zepher

I have these Cydia applications installed:

Activator, DashboardX, xBackup, OpenBackup, Springtomize, SBSettings, Iblank, Winterboard, iFile, RemoveBG and PerPage

Are any of these known to conflict with one another? Anybody have any suggestions?

OR...... Is the damn thing supposed to re-spring when its jailbroken and you delete an Apple installed app?

If you're using PerPageHTML+, it's not compatible with iOS 6. Cydelete is definitely incompatible with iOS 6. Found that out the hard way when Evasi0n was released

Removed Cydelete. No more crashes.

PerPage HTML+ seems to work OK for me though. I used it to set up the HTC Animated Weather on my 1st page.
