Yes indeed, what IS the problem? If you made the sad decision to play with iTunes (without first reading up on it) then I can see you might have a problem.
Warning to all rookies: Today I synched my iPhone to iTunes for the first time. Pretty near lost everyting I had set up for the past several weeks. May there be a cold and lonely low place in the Nether World for the inventor of iTunes!!
