Belkin does sell an adaptor which plugs into the lightning port and has both a lightning port and a standard headphone jack.

The Belkin has two lighting ports. They call it audio lighting port.

There may be more than one Belkin splitter by now. Call or message Apple Support, tell them your situation, and ask if there isn't a Belkin adapter that does what the Amazon one was supposed to do.
