Leaving BlackBerry

Currently have BBerry 8330 and having problems with my Microsoft exchange server sync process - too many calendar errors - omissions mostly, and hear great things about the IPhone ability to wireless sync w/ Exchange - and the IPhone ability to view xrays - anyone with experience with either of these?

I used exchange for my hotmail account and another work email and its works very well, never had a problem

Thanks - i specifically do not want email on my phone at this time - only want to sync the calendar, contacts and yellow notes with phone - these are essential and must sync perfectly - any experience with these?
