Hello, Everyone! Can anyone let me know how to stop the camera from flashing when I receive an incoming call? Thanks!

I think that you can turn that function off in the Accessibility settings. Try...settings>general>accessibility>LED flash for alerts.
Assuming that is why your camera is flashing during incoming calls.
